The difficulties we faced.

There was one absentee In our group & we are short of manpower. Also, during our practice practical, we didn't have chicken to steam. That causes us to not know how to steam the chicken during practical examination. There was limited time too, because they is only 3 members present.

Dish modification for Mushroom Spaghetti.

We changed the Mushroom Spaghetti by changing the mushroom sauce used in the dish. The new sauce is less thick and tastes creamier and we added in more dill. The sauce also has more mushroom slices. Hopefully, these changes will cause students to buy the dish more as the dish is different from usual dishes at the canteen . We tried it out , and this is how it looks like.
ISN'T IT APPETISING???????!!!!!!!!!! :DDDD

Labour Division.

We divided the jobs equally so it would be fair . During our practise practical training session at Gheska's house, we paired up and cook a dish two by two. Nastasha(13) and Gheska(11) did the mushroom spaghetti and Anne-Marie(2) and Chen Yun(5) did the Chicken Rice. We also took turns to update the blog. All for one, one for all. If someone is still awake doing the blog, the other group members cannot sleep until that someone is done. We cannot be selfish. Everyone participated in the project.(((: We worked well together. The Dishes we cooked turned out great ! Especially The Mushrooom Spaghetti ! YUMYUM. These are some photos that we took during our practical practise trainig session. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~

As you can see, we had lots of fun. YIPEEEEE<3

The Modification done for Chicken Rice!

For Chicken rice, we modified the chicken . We modified it to be steamed and have the skin removed. This way, Its more healthier and students won't complain that the chicken is hard or whatsoever. We also decided to add cucumber and tomato slices to the dish to make it more appealing and healthy. With this change,we hope that our students will enjoy school food more and not wanting to go to Koufu to buy their food. (:
